By accessing our website, submitting study materials, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Ellie
Ellie provides personalized digital study materials created from content submitted by the customer.
Customers may upload materials such as:
- PDF documents
- Class notes
- Chapters and study materials
- Presentation slides
- Images or photographs of study materials
- Teacher-provided materials
- Other supported educational content
Ellie transforms the submitted material into study-ready resources according to the package purchased.
All Ellie Study Packs are digital products and services. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Our Study Packs
Ellie currently offers different Study Pack levels, including Silver, Gold, and Diamond.
Depending on the package selected, a Study Pack may include resources such as:
- Written summaries
- Organized chapters and paragraphs
- Printable maps
- Visual infographics
- Flashcards
- Quizzes and practice materials
- Presentations
- Video lessons
- Audio or podcast-style lessons
The exact materials included in your purchase are those displayed for the selected package at the time you place your order.
Features, package names, regular prices, promotional prices, and included materials may change for future purchases.
Changes will not reduce the contents of an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
3. One-Time Purchase
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, Ellie Study Packs are sold as a one-time purchase.
Purchasing a Study Pack does not enroll you in a subscription or recurring payment plan.
You will only be charged the amount displayed during checkout for the order you authorize.
4. How the Service Works
The general process is:
1. Choose your Study Pack.
Select the package that best matches your study needs.
2. Complete your purchase.
Pay the one-time price displayed at checkout.
3. Submit your material.
Follow the instructions provided to upload or send the material you want Ellie to process.
4. We prepare your Study Pack.
Your submitted material is processed and transformed into the resources included in your selected package.
5. Receive your Study Pack.
Your completed materials are delivered digitally using the delivery method communicated to you.
No additional third-party subscription should be required merely to access the standard files delivered as part of your purchased Study Pack, unless clearly disclosed before purchase.
5. Customer-Submitted Materials
You are responsible for the materials you submit to Ellie.
By uploading or submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to possess, use, and submit that material for the purpose of creating your personal Study Pack.
You must not knowingly submit content that:
- infringes another person’s intellectual property rights;
- was unlawfully obtained;
- contains malicious software;
- violates applicable law; or
- you do not have permission to use or process.
You retain ownership of your original submitted materials.
Submitting material to Ellie does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to receive, process, transform, and deliver the requested Study Pack.
6. Material Quality
The quality of a Study Pack depends partly on the quality and completeness of the material submitted.
For best results, customers should provide readable, complete, and reasonably organized source material.
Blurry photographs, missing pages, corrupted files, incomplete notes, unreadable handwriting, or poor-quality scans may affect the resulting Study Pack.
If we cannot reasonably process the submitted material, we may ask you to provide a clearer or alternative version.
7. Processing and Delivery
Ellie Study Packs require processing after materials are submitted.
Any delivery or preparation timeframe displayed on the website is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed deadline.
Processing time may vary depending on factors including:
- amount of material submitted;
- complexity of the subject;
- selected package;
- file quality;
- technical issues;
- unusually high order volume.
If we cannot complete an order within a reasonable period, we may contact you with an update or offer an appropriate solution.
8. Digital and Personalized Products
Ellie Study Packs are digital and may be personalized specifically from the materials submitted by each customer.
Because preparation may begin shortly after an order and submission of materials, cancellation and change-of-mind refund rights may be limited once personalized work has begun, subject always to applicable consumer law.
Please review your selected package carefully before purchasing.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may provide a correction, replacement, completion of missing materials, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Educational Purpose
Ellie is designed to help students understand, organize, review, and practice educational material.
Our service is intended as a study aid.
Ellie does not guarantee:
- any particular grade;
- passing an examination;
- admission to a school or university;
- improvement by a specific percentage;
- that generated material will contain every fact that may appear on a test.
Students remain responsible for studying, understanding their course requirements, and completing their own assessments.
Ellie should not be used to misrepresent AI-generated or third-party work as a student’s own work where doing so would violate academic rules.
11. Accuracy of Study Materials
We aim to produce useful and accurate study resources based on the material provided.
However, automated systems, artificial intelligence, software tools, and human processing can occasionally produce errors, omissions, formatting problems, or inaccurate interpretations.
Customers should use Ellie as a study and preparation tool, not as an infallible source of information.
Where appropriate, important information should be checked against original course materials, textbooks, teacher instructions, or other authoritative sources.
If you notice a material error in your Study Pack, please contact us so we can review it.
12. Use of Technology and AI
Ellie may use automated software, artificial intelligence systems, and other digital tools to assist with processing submitted materials and creating Study Pack resources.
These technologies may assist with tasks including summarization, organization, visual presentation, question generation, audio, presentations, and educational explanations.
By using the service, you acknowledge that automated technologies may be involved in preparing your Study Pack.
Where third-party service providers are involved in processing information, their use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
13. Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated, your completed Ellie Study Pack is provided for your personal educational use.
You may download, save, print, and use your Study Pack for your own studying.
You may not, without permission:
- resell Ellie Study Packs;
- commercially redistribute them;
- reproduce them as a competing product or service;
- systematically copy or extract our templates, designs, systems, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes.
14. Intellectual Property
The Ellie name, branding, website design, original templates, graphics, service structure, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Ellie and its operator.
Nothing in your purchase transfers ownership of Ellie intellectual property to you.
Your rights to your own source materials remain unaffected.
15. Accounts and Order Information
Where an account or customer portal is provided, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
You must provide accurate information when placing an order, including a valid email address that we can use for order communications and digital delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information supplied by the customer.
16. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website before checkout.
Your final purchase price will be shown before you authorize payment.
Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or another supported currency.
Promotional prices, discounts, and introductory offers may be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time.
A displayed regular or reference price does not mean that every customer previously paid that price; any price comparison is intended to communicate the applicable pricing offer in accordance with applicable law.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment card details when those details are handled by the payment processor.
17. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant order numbers.
Verified accidental duplicate transactions may be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
18. Technical Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital delivery systems available and functioning correctly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, third-party services, software problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid Study Pack, contact us and we will attempt to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
19. Prohibited Use
You may not use Ellie to:
- violate applicable laws;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- distribute malware or harmful content;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- interfere with operation of the website;
- fraudulently obtain products or refunds;
- abuse payment disputes or chargebacks;
- resell our services without authorization.
We may refuse or cancel orders associated with fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or technically harmful activity, subject to applicable law.
20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve it.
Submitting a payment dispute does not automatically determine whether a charge was valid.
We may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, order information, delivery records, communications, and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section restricts your legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise disputable transaction.

23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.
The terms applicable to an individual purchase are generally those in effect when that purchase was made, except where changes are required by law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating Ellie, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply based on the customer’s location.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived.
